RRS Group Candidate Journey: Hiring Process
Our hiring process is designed to reflect our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and candidate empowerment. With over one million applications annually, we attract a varied and highly qualified talent pool. This page provides a high-level overview of our hiring experience—designed to spark your curiosity and guide your journey. Explore deeper insights throughout the site to discover how you can be a part of a team that thrives on an array of perspectives, creating impact from Day 1, and developing new skills throughout your journey.
Step 1: Preparation
Apply to our vacancies online or submit an open application through SmartRecruiters. You’ll provide basic personal and education details and upload your CV and motivation letter. We’ll confirm once your application is received.

Step 2: Application Review
One of our recruiters will assess your details and determine whether you fit the profile of the vacancy you are applying for.

Step 3: The assessment
If a recruiter identifies a strong match with your profile, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment. Depending on the role, this may include a psychometric assessment, an on-demand video assessment, and/or a technical assessment.

Step 4: The interview
Based on your career scan results, you may be invited to a first interview with a recruiter and a team member to discuss your background, expectations, and the role. If there’s mutual interest, you’ll be invited to a follow-up interview to dive deeper into your skills and talents. A case study may be part of this stage.

Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
