Fraud Alert!
Notice on Recruitment Fraud
Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam involving the offer of fictitious job opportunities. This type of fraud often occurs through unsolicited emails, online recruitment platforms (including legitimate sites like LinkedIn), fake websites, or text messages claiming to be from The RRS Group & Co. The goal is typically to obtain personal information or money. Scammers may offer fake job opportunities and request personal details or payments to process false applications.
The RRS Group & Co. is aware that individuals or organizations may falsely claim to recruit on our behalf. We take recruitment fraud very seriously and provide this information to help you identify and report scams.
We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited job offers from anyone claiming to work for or be affiliated with RRS Group. Our organization will not request personal information before you have applied on our official career site. Only applicants who have submitted an application through our career portal are considered for employment.
Identifying Recruitment Fraud
Scammers may ask recipients to complete fake documents, such as job applications, bank statements, or visa/work permit forms. Please note: RRS Group does not request fees at any stage of the application process. We do not ask for banking or personal financial information in exchange for employment. Similarly, avoid opening documents in emails unless you are certain you are in contact with an RRS Group recruiter regarding an active application.
How to identify legitimate communications:
Our Talent Acquisition team will contact candidates via our @myrrsgroup.org email domain or via our SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system (notification@smartrecruiters.com).
