At RRS Group, we believe the key to building a diverse emerging talent pipeline begins with early exposure to the design profession through meaningful internship experiences. By creating intentional opportunities for students to achieve their full potential and providing access to skills, knowledge, experience, and mentorship, we foster a positive and lasting impact on our firm and the broader industry.
Each year, RRS Group welcomes the best emerging talent from universities and design schools around the world. Our internships provide hands-on experience on real projects, working side-by-side with our design teams and clients. Over the years, RRS Group has hosted hundreds of internships, helping develop a growing network of future designers and innovators.
We offer two internship opportunities each year – Summer and Fall:
RRS Group Internship: Hosted in various offices across our firm, offering practical experience on live projects.
RRS Group Fellowship: A research-focused, intensive program for upper-level students aimed at unlocking innovative solutions and addressing challenges as we redefine the future of our communities.
